لماذا تكون أسعار المنتجات 99. ؟
لماذا أغلب أسعار المنتجات تكون 99. ؟
لماذا دائماً نرى التطبيقات والأجهزة والمنتجات المختلفة أسعارها تنتهى بـ
99. فمثلاً إذا فتحت متجر البرامج ستجد أسعار التطبيقات مثل 1.99$ أو
0.99$. فما سر هذه الأسعار ولماذا نراها في كل شيء وحتى المتاجر العادية
بجوار منازلنا نجد تاجر يكتب 99$ وليس 100؟ وهل هذه الطريقة تؤثر
على المستخدم بشكل ما وبالتالي والأرباح التي يجنيها التاجر؟

التسعير النفسي
سر وجود هذه الأرقام هو ما يعرف علمياً بمصطلح “تسعير النفسي” وبالإنجليزية
“Psychological pricing” وهو أمر مستخدم في كثير من أماكن البيع كما
ذكرنا. وسبب وجوده أن الدراسات النفسية ذكرت أن له أثر كبير في رفع إيرادات
البيع؛ حيث يأثر على المستخدم ويجعله يعتقد أن التطبيق أرخص مما هو عليه،
فمثلًا رأى مستخدم تطبيق بسعر 1.99$ فسيتبادر في ذهنه بشكل سريع أن التطبيق
1$ دون أن يفكر بشكل أدق أن التطبيق أقرب إلى أن يكون 2$، فالمستخدم عادةً
ما يرى الرقم الموجود في اليسار ويبتادر في ذهنه أن سعر التطبيق بهذا
الشكل. وإذا إردت تجربه تأثير تغيير المصطلح والرقم المستخدم وأنه يؤثر
بالفعل جرب أن تخبر شخص رقم مائتين وخمسين ألف “250,000” وأيضاً رقم “ربع
مليون” ستشعر لا إرادياً أن رقم ربع مليون أكبر من مائتين وخمسين ألف والسر
أن العقل سيظن أن لسماع لفظ “مليون” والآخر “ألف” أن الأول أكبر من
الثاني. نفس الأمر هذا هو ما نتحدث عنه فإذا رأيت 1.99 و 2.00 عينك ستقارن
لا إرادياً بين 1 و 2 ولن تنتبه إلى أنه لا يوجد فارق حقيقي بين الرقمين.

مقارنة بين مواصفات هاتف سامسونج Galaxy S6 Edge وهاتف آبل iPhone 6
بالأمس أعلنت سامسونج عن أحدث هواتفها Galaxy S6 و Galaxy S6 Edge والكل قام بوضعه مباشرة في مقارنة مع هاتفي آبل الـ iPhone 6 والـ iPhone 6 Plus وبالطبع إذا نظرنا إلى مواصفات كلا الهاتفين سيتفوق الـ S6 أو الـ S6 Edge على هاتفي آبل الآيفون 6 والـ 6 بلس .
لكن المواصفات ليست هي الفيصل لأن الآيفون 6 والـ 6 بلس يعملوا بنظام iOS والـ Galaxy S6 والـ S6 Edge يعملوا بنظام الأندرويد وكلا النظامين مختلفين في طريقة العمل والأندرويد يحتاج إلى مواصفات عالية لكي يعمل بشكل أفضل .
بعيداً عن المواصفات أتوقع شخصياً أن يتفوق هاتف Galaxy S6 على الآيفون 6 والآيفون 6 بلس في الكاميرا وكذلك دقة الشاشة ولا أستطيع التحدث عن الأداء في الوقت الحالي لأن أداء الـ Galaxy S6 سيتضح عندما يتم تجربته بشكل فعلي ونرى مراجعات له والحكم على أداءه لايصلح أن يكون من خلال المواصفات .
على كل حال في هذا الموضوع سنقوم بعمل مقارنة سريعة بين مواصفات الآيفون 6 والـ Galaxy S6 Edge وهو يأتي بنفس مواصفات الـ S6 ولكن مع بطارية أقوى وشاشة منحنية من على الجانبين وشخصياً معجب بشكله أكثر من الـ S6 .
